What types of projects do you take on?
Residential renovations: kitchens, bathrooms, full-home/apartment remodels, apartment combinations, and townhouse work. We also provide general contracting, interior design services, and décor support.
Do you handle co-op/condo board approvals and DOB permits?
Yes. We assemble board packages, coordinate with managing agents, and handle DOB filings/inspections as part of our design-build approach.
Which areas do you serve?
Serving NYC and Hudson Valley and surrounding areas.
How will we communicate during the project?
You’ll receive regular milestone updates and scheduled check-ins. We outline responsibilities on both sides, so you always know what’s happening and what’s next.
Who selects and purchases finishes and fixtures?
We help you curate and specify selections. Procurement can be handled by us or coordinated with you; in both cases we manage lead times and compatibility before installation.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, licensed and insured for NYC projects. Certificates of Insurance can be issued to your building/board as needed.
